System Integration
System integration connects the software your business already uses, such as ERP, CRM, payment and older in-house systems, so information moves between them automatically. It replaces copying data by hand and the errors that come with it, and it keeps working when one side is briefly unavailable.
What you get
- Integrations over REST APIs, message queues and bridges to legacy systems
- Connections to ERP, CRM and payment platforms
- Retry-safe data flows that recover on their own after an outage
- Monitoring and alerts so a failed transfer is noticed quickly
- Documentation of every connection and what flows through it
A good fit when
- Staff re-type or export and import data between systems
- A new system has to work alongside one you cannot replace yet
- Orders, payments or customer records get out of step between systems
How a project runs
Four steps, no surprises.
Each stage ends with something you can read, try or approve, so you always know where things stand.

Common questions
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
Usually not. Integration is about connecting what you have. We only suggest replacing a system when connecting it would cost more or work worse than the alternative, and we explain why.
What happens if one of the connected systems is down?
Integrations are designed to retry safely. Messages wait in a queue and are delivered when the system returns, without duplicating or losing records, and the failure is reported to the team.
